The schoolstarted the junior school in 2002, beginning with the bilingual and double foreign language experimental classes. Under the leadership of the professors from BeijingNormalUniversity, BeijingUniversity and NortheastUniversity, the school is proceeding with the educational innovation, undertaking three educational research projects- Experimental Research on Secondary School Modern Foreign Language Education, Education Module Research on Secondary School Integrated Scientific Qualities and Research on the Development of Secondary Students’ Creativity. The school has been concentrating its goals of school-operating: Strive to face the 21st century global economy, international society and high-tech times, to set up a high-efficient middle-school quality education model combining the advantages of both China and western countries, to lay a good foundation for fostering international-type and elite-type talents and to make Northeast Yucai Foreign Language School a famous modern and international school model .
